The way from beeing a talent to reach the podium is a long one and it requires experienced and competent coaches to nurture talent. I have coached athletes from five different countries and up to olympic level and helped them to make the best out of their talent.
As a head-coach and sport director my mission was always to organize and optimise an ideal environment for athletes and coaches, so they can show their full sporting and professional talent and potential.
As a sport consultant I advise sport organisations how to successfully do that.
What I do
As a consultant I help (sport) organisations to create an ideal environment to achieve their best possible performance. This includes strategy, business development, corporate development and performance planning.

My international projects gave me an insight to best practices and new ideas from different countries, cultures and organisations, which I share with my clients in workshops and webinars.

International Sports DevelopmentThe ASICS-sponsored "I move Lebanon" project, run by the Canadian NGO Right to Play, saw the first 15 teachers and coaches in the South Lebanese city of Tyr for "World Athletics" coaching course.
