Book-Release 2019: Strength & Conditioning in Rugby: Book

I'am happy to announce, that 2019 will be the year of book releases. The first release will be with my fellow authors Mark Sandmann (Hannover) and Jan Treuholz  (Berlin) with the prestigious Meyer & Meyer Publisher.
Former weight-lifter and strength expert Mark Sandmann is World Rugby Educator and as a freelance strength & conditioning coach he has many years experience with rugby players at the regional performance center in Hannover.
Jan Treuholz is a sports scientist and sports teacher, trains trainers and physiotherapists for several sports associations and coaches the Berlin based 7s Rugby-Club Coepenick Captains.
